Not all bathroom layouts are the same. That's why we designed three models which would fit 90% of all bathrooms. If there are no obstructions near the tub consider SG1. If you have a toilet near the tub, consider model SG2 as it can slide over the toilet. If there is a vanity or limited space, consider SG3, which has a small footprint and is able to swivel. It’s a cumbersome beast. But it suits our purposes because Mom can’t stand anymore and this is the best option to keep her clean. When I was putting it together, I couldn’t find the hex key or the seatbelt, and the little rubber feet kept falling off. I wound up having to rubber cement the feet on because they were too big. I called the company to ask about the hex key and the seatbelt and no one ever returned my call. When I flattened out the boxes for recycling, I finally found the seatbelt, if I had not been recycling, I never would’ve found it. But that doesn’t change the fact that nobody ever returned my call.
WE could only use it for the shower. Too long to fit over the toilet .
Excellent quality and easy to assemble. Using in a standup shower and the length and adjustments work well so sit firmly on floor.
We have sent the chair back for a refund. It was too high for the patient and not deep enough for the urine to go in the toilet.
