I had a major problem with the wheels of my Shower Buddy. The inner mechanisms began disintegrating and falling off. I explained this to the service representative and the second representative I talked to relayed my concerns to their tech specialists. I was initially disappointed with the response first received but the second response was wonderful. They listened to my concerns, gave me recommendations and possible solutions. I really do love my Shower Buddy. I would recommend it.
