ShowerBuddy Caster Wheel - Four Inch Locking Caster (SB6)

This was the 3rd wheel to fall off while patient was on the Shower Buddy. I believe this is unacceptable for a product that advertises as waterproof. I inquired about this very topic when the first wheel fell off asking if a common occurrence and I received a one word reply that was 'no'. I actually love the Shower Buddy, but I don't think I would recommend to anyone knowing that the wheels could fall off, potentially hurting the patient and the company makes no effort to look into why it keeps happening and offers to compensate the buyer.
