The MetaPal M1-AP is a highly adjustable, attendant-propelled rehab shower and commode chair designed to support individualized seating, postural positioning, and caregiver-assisted showering and toileting.
Seat height, seat slope, and fore/aft positioning can be adjusted to accommodate the user’s transfer needs, lower-extremity positioning, and seated posture. Multiple cushion configurations provide options for comfort and hygiene access, while adjustable backrest, headrest, armrest, and positioning components allow the seating setup to be tailored to the user’s support needs.
Four 5-inch locking casters provide caregiver-controlled mobility throughout the bathroom and home and allow the chair to be secured during transfers and personal care.
Built on the modular MetaPal base, the M1-AP supports changes to seating components and accessories over time, allowing the chair to be reconfigured as functional abilities, positioning requirements, or care needs change.
