this is my third purchase of strut cables. We use chair daily but strut cable have been needed to be replaced 3 times in the last 3 and a half years. It seems that their life cycle is 24 months.

Strange that he cables have to be changed out so often…not the cable but engineering issue. Great if the system could be improved. Delivery of replacement cables always timely.
