SolutionBased BathLyft Remote

The replacement of the Strut Cable and Tilt Handle was shipped (& received) very quickly. The installation went very smooth, without difficulty. The original Strut Cable and Tilt Handle may have been about 17 years old, and they lived a good life (original SB2T part). The original Tilt Handle failed probably because the original Strut Cable had too much friction built up over the years. We have been very happy with the SB2T chair. Over the years it has been very beneficial transporting our son with Muscular Dystrophy. Thank you so much. The SB2T is a great design.

I ordered the wrong caster & had no problem returning it & getting a new one. Great experience

This product is even more sturdy and well built than I thought it would be. I am very pleased with it.

Great quality transfer/ shower chair. Little overpriced.

Very good product but very expensive

thanks

Just as I ordered. Well made OEM replacement parts.

Original Replacement parts and Excellent Customer Service !!

Shipping was fast and they got united correct the first time

Items where shipped quick and arrived early

Shower chair was safe and well designed but did not work with our bathtub so, unfortunately, we had to return. Return shipping was $600! I would have happily paid Solutions to use their shipping label at a fraction of the cost
