Great for stroke patients, disabled elderly

Bought this for my family member who had a stroke and lost left side functionality of his body. It is great for him to use in a roll-in shower. Very sturdy and supports him well (no core strength). The leg rests are great and the locks work very well. Highly recommend!

Easy to maneuver. in tight spaces but can use improvements in safety features.

Well built but can use some improvements. Foot rests leaves a huge gap in between where the feet can fall off. An inch high heel rest will also be useful to keep feet from falling off backwards. Patients who needs this chair usually have very little control of where their feet rests. The strap is simply not enough. Also notice the drive guard rail I added from another wheelchair so the patient can have something to hold on to. A seatbelt is also another safety feature that should be added. A simple plastic lock like those used in backpacks is good enough.

Won't go from carpet to tile floor

I have an issue just getting it into the bathroom. At the entrance the chair stops and jerks the patient forward. There is no big height difference. There is a reducer. The shower has a flexible waterstop and can't co over that either. so very very disappointed. At almost $300, more expensive than a wheelchair you woul think it would. Going to return

Great product

The cushioned seat is great. Adjustable height is easy. Very sturdy and easy to clean from underneath prior to standing. I wish the wheels were rubber to get over the shower pan edge.

All items not received in box.

Item was supposed to be sent with a black zippered cover to store the product when disassembled. Did not receive the cover for the item inside the box. Need to find out how I can contact the manufacturer to receive the zippered bag that was supposed to be included. Would not have purchased this item if I had known the zippered cover bag was going to be excluded.
