Poor quality

I recently flew with my new travel showerbuddy and its nice bag. While carrying it one of the handles ripped off and the chair actually poked a hole through it when I got it off the plane.

Chair Wouldn't Fit and Bag Ripped

The title says it all. After struggling to make it fit for 20 minutes, the bag finally ripped out on the side, making it doubly useless. Just flushed this money down the drain, but it's something that could have and should have been very useful.
