El modelo SG3 de ShowerGlyde es un banco de transferencia deslizante diseñado para adaptarse a espacios más reducidos o a baños con un mueble de tocador junto a la bañera. Los rieles más cortos y la opción giratoria permiten que la silla supere el obstáculo/espacio reducido sin sacrificar la comodidad ni la facilidad de uso. El SG3 se desliza fácilmente hacia adentro y hacia afuera de la bañera y se bloquea en dos puntos; en el interior y el exterior de la bañera. El SG3 puede ensamblarse como una unidad para la izquierda o la derecha. Se incluye una barra de apoyo instalada en el lado de la pared de los rieles para ayudar al deslizamiento. El SG3 es ajustable en altura, lo que permite adaptarse a bañeras de hasta 19”. Hay patas de extensión opcionales disponibles para bordes de bañera más altos (hasta 25”). El SG3 viene de serie con un cinturón de seguridad y un asiento con 3 opciones; un asiento de inodoro abierto para facilitar la limpieza, un protector contra salpicaduras y un inserto de asiento sólido.

My dad recently lost his leg and has struggled to use the bathroom on his own and clean himself up. With this chair he is able to safely go to the bathroom and can then transfer to the shower and clean him self up a true life saver for for someone trying to regain there independence it’s the simple things you take for granted

We have a tiny bathroom. Husband is disabled with dementia. Even with many handholds, was fearful of stepping into the shower, the 3" rise caused him to get disoriented and dizzy. So, I saw this solution for a tiny bathroom!!! Husband took to it like a duck to water.
I ordered this chair for my dad who has fallen recently. Received it quickly and am happy it is such a solid product. Noticed an issue with one of the wheels called and the issue was taken care of with no hassel and quicker than I thought possible.
My wife and I purchased the Shower Buddy Chair back in February 2023 for my brother-in-law to be used in his assisted living facility. His Care-Takers love using this chair because it's easy for them to care for my brother-in-law. It glides, maneuvers and pivots with ease.
